A genuine faith that shone through

I must be one of the few boys thrown out of an RE lesson; but I was. I was still a registered atheist when I left to go to university. During that time, the penny dropped and I became Christian. I wondered who would be interested. Mr. Smith and Mr. Dougal were the ones who I chose to go and tell. Both were delighted. The point of the story was that neither of them proselytised ; but their genuine faith was something I unconsciously recognised despite my objections. Subsequently I was ordained as an Anglican priest, serving in Grenoside (Sheffield Diocese), Cove and Old Dean (Guildford Diocese) and finally Bushbury (Lichfield Dioces). Thank you both gentlemen.
