I have great memories of Ian Smith particularly during my school days at the Dart Tech with Ian helping to establish my everlasting love of Geography and my desire to see the world helped by your organisation of my school holidays to Switzerland and to Spain. This influence helped to sustain my teaching career lasting 40+ years in Lancashire.
